As I’m sure everyone is aware, the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission just published a new guidance document on the use of arrest and conviction records in employment. I hope everyone was able to attend the webinar held by our law firm April 26, 2012 regarding the impact of this new guidance.

For your convenience, you may access a copy of the new guidance document below. We would recommend that you consult with your corporate legal counsel regarding any impact of this new guidance on your hiring practices.
